• Cross-border shipping solutions

User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use our services for lawful purposes only
• Not ship prohibited or dangerous items
• Take responsibility for package contents
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from shipment:

• Hazardous, flammable, or explosive materials
• Illegal substances or contraband
• Perishable goods without proper packaging
• Extremely valuable items without insurance
• Original government documents or irreplaceable items

Payment Terms

• We accept various payment methods including cash and cards
• Payment is due at the time of service or upon delivery
• Additional fees may apply for special services
• Payment disputes must be reported within 30 days

Liability and Insurance

Our liability for your packages is limited as follows:

• Standard coverage up to 100 LYD per package
• Limited liability for delays due to circumstances beyond our control
• Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Claims not reported within timeframe may be denied

Cancellation and Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled before pickup for full refund
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
• No refunds for delays caused by weather or external factors
• Contact customer service to initiate cancellation

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by Mersal or licensed to us. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Libya. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tripoli, Libya.
